  My personal recommendation is to keep driving and stay in Hanna (or Camrose if you’re heading the other way). You can get a room for the same price that is clean with complimentary breakfast.

  Whenever I enter a hotel room I always remove the comforters and put them off to the side - when we went to leave I pulled out the comforters to place back on the beds and noticed the underside was stained with large yellow stains (yes, THAT kind of yellow stain). Absolutely disgusting!

  Convenient location for truckers, lots of truck parking, smittys is pretty good as well a little over priced for breakfast but usually always see lots of people here.

  The room we were given was in desperate need of renovations. We were told it was their only pet room and as usual, we were traveling with our family dog. The bathtub and sinks had large blue stains in them. The carpet was stained and wore out. We decided to tolerate the conditions as I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to pack back up and keep driving.

  When we mentioned it at checkout we were told they were having problems getting proper staffing and had to do it themselves (the same girl was doing check in, phones and serving in the restaurant). Which means the owners/managers were the reason the room looked this way and they didn’t seem to concerned about it.

  It was a clean place and check-in was easy and the front desk lady was pleasant. The TV was really outdated and it was small. Also, the adjoining Smitty's had sub-par service. I would not recommend going there.

  The staff was friendly - from there it went downhill quick! The overpricing wasn't a surprise since, to my knowledge, there is no other options for at least 30 miles. We had stayed here a few years before and although the rooms were outdated they were clean and comfortable.
